Sebelum ni KM menyertai bengkel COP Perpustakaan Akademik di PNM.
Bengkel COP tersebut mefokuskan beberapa topik perbincangan berkaitan Marketing / Pemasaran / Promosi dan Penerbitan perkhidmatan perpustakaan.
Antara topik bengkel :
1. Analyse and identify customer needs
2. Conduct on analysis of library ability/capability to undrtake marketing activities via the use of SWOT analysis.
3. Identify your target market (public, private organiation) -... segment/profile your cusomer
4. DEvelop a brand image (developing a brand essence)
5.Develop promotional activities / tools for the library collection and services
6.Develop a budget for promotional activities
7.Propose and develop a mechanism for monitoring and evaluating strategy for the library's collection and services.
Akhir bengkel, kumpulan membetangan topik masing-masing..disusuli dengan rumusan oleh urusetia program...
COP merupakan avtiviti yang menyokong pelaksanaan Knowledge Management dalam sesebuah organisasi...namun ia perlu selari dengan misi dan visi organisasi tersebut...
